The BSCM operates in two modes: full-speed (such as when you press Max AC)
and part-speed. You have lost part-speed mode, so the module has "failed
safe" in full-speed mode.

Some modules fail this way because the full-speed-mode relay fails in the
closed position. (If you need a replacement relay, I can sell you an exact
replacement for $12 plus shipping.) It is also possible that other
components in the part-speed circuit have failed.

Your best bet is to replace the module. I recommend you contact Al
Fitzgerald at alfitz.com. He sells them for $35 to $45 plus shipping.

Subject: [Shotimes] Info On The Blower Control Module

Hello everyone,

I've been lurking on the list for a long time and now have a question
regarding the blower control module. Or at least I believe this is the
problem. On the 93, the ETAC fan will only operate at the highest
speed on the wheel, you can roll it anywhere else and nothing happens.
Same for the automatic mode.

Does anyone know how to fix this, besides replacing the module, is
there something on the circuit board that is worn out? A resistor,
capacitor, etc....

Thanks,

Mike
