[Shotimes] cutting vent holes in the header panel

At the Madison convention, someone (sorry, I don't remember who) showed me
at Blackhawk how he had used a hand router (Dremel) to cut openings in the
header panel, to increase airflow over the radiator.  Whoever it was, if
you're on the list, please could we see a picture?  Has anyone else done
this?

As background, the header panel is the black plastic piece that spans across
the nose, just above the bumper, on which the headlamps and grille mount.
