[Shotimes] cutting vent holes in the header panel

Doesn't seem to be worth the effort to me.

I thought that most of the cooling air for the radiator came in below the
bumper.

The misnamed "police" grill supposedly allows more airflow while taxis are
stuck in traffic with the cooling fan running, but at speed the airflow
comes in from below.

At the Madison convention, someone (sorry, I don't remember who) showed me
at Blackhawk how he had used a hand router (Dremel) to cut openings in the
header panel, to increase airflow over the radiator. Whoever it was, if
you're on the list, please could we see a picture? Has anyone else done
this?

As background, the header panel is the black plastic piece that spans across
the nose, just above the bumper, on which the headlamps and grille mount.
