Actually, it will blow a 10, not a .10. BAC is usually measured as a
fraction of a percent. If a human had 10% alcohol, they would be dead.

Wait a minute, that means if the cop sticks a breathalyzer down the fill 
tube, your SHO will blow a .10!   (The standard roadside sobriety tests
don't seem 
to translate very well to cars.)
That raises the possibility of a truly novel DUI defense:  "It's not my
fault 
the car kept crossing the center line, your honor.  It was my SHO that was 
drunk, not me!"
