[Shotimes] OT: Spring Compression tool

Thanks for the feedback.  I received other comments too.  I also
referred back to the service manual and see the Rotunda tool that is
used, which looks like a properly designed piece since it, like the
HF, keep the four compression points in a fixed reference to each
other.
