Are you kidding?  About all that you can count on them knowing is how many
times they have.

Back in the days before the SHO was invented, VW was just starting to
produce 16 valve 4-cylinder engines.  I wanted to buy one in a Jetta so I
asked a salesman when the 16 valve engine would come out in the Jetta.  He
said if the car didn't have 16 valves now then he didn't know.
