[Shotimes] Raising the Steering Rack

Funny you mention Lowes, because I just got back from there and
found the 14mm washers.  Gary said he used 3, but the ones I got
were a little fatter than average washers.  Maybe 2 will be the
answer.

Anything special I need to do to raise the rack once the nuts are
undone or will it just lift up enough to get the washers underneath?
 I'm guessing there is enough play in the steering components to
allow me to get the washers in place.
