Mike,
Sounds like something could be wrong with your IAB. But in addition, the problem could also be the idle adjusting screw on the throttle body.
Why do I say this?
Once you engine reaches operating temperature, the car should idle at 800 rpm with the IAB unplugged. Thus, it should be possible to drive your car (with the IAB unplugged) without your car stops running every time you get to a stop light. (However, DO NOT do this since it's not unlikely that the car will stall when you come down in RPMs fast. And you don't want you car stalling when you lift your foot off the gas in a turn or on the highway. Very dangerous.)
Did you check that the TB adjusting screw has not gotten loose and backed itself out so much that the IAB can no longer compensate for the reduced intake air?
To adjust the idle, let the car run for 15 min or so. Unplug the IAB connector and start the car again. The turn the adjusting screw until the tach reaches the recommended idle range which in most cases is around ~800 rpm. Secure the adjusting screw. Stop the car. Plug the IAB connector back in. Start the car up and see if things have improved.
Anyone interested in some wheels, btw? I have a set of slicers, set of 17"x8" TSW Hocks, and a set of 17"x7.5" SSR GT1.
