[Shotimes] Help with Fuel system problem.

To the best of my knowledge, the only time I ever hear the pump run
is if I turn the key to the run position but don't actually start
the car during for instance a KOnEOff test. Then you can hear it
prime the fuel system. Under normal operation when I actually start
the motor, the sound of the engine drowns out the pump.
