Three years ago here in Tampa, I paid $150.00 plus traffic school for doing 38mph in a 30 on my way to work, at 9:30am, no other traffic, no school kids, no nothing on the road, 3 blocks from my home. It was the end of the month, 27th of April. Now tell me there aint no !%#*+/*! quotas!!!! -Pete
