And to make this game easier for us, they (the Wisconsin Nazi/Cops) take
Master Card or Visa, at an additional $25 fee...  You have to understand
that some States, like Wisconsin, the Troopers are not real police, but just
revenue generating machines, with little value in real police work.

I have been told, if a Wisconsin Traffic Cop sees a felony crime, he can
only detain the perpetrator, but has to call a city or county cop for the
actual arrest!  So as a result he doesn't any "brownie points" for something
really serious.  He only gets his points for speeding and DUI tickets...
