I agree, around here I've never seen so many detached garages and gearheads.
Seems every neighborhood we've looked in has at least a couple of such
"nuts" we've ran into.

Just 20 min around here you've got Atlanta Dragway, Lanier Raceway, Road
Atlanta, Panoz Racing school (and factories), YearOne, and dozens of other
misc fab and race shops.
