[Shotimes] Acquiring a Rolled SHO...

I, well, my father, found a SHO (White Gen 1) in MT
that had been rolled. He said the hood was gone, the
front end was beat up, the roof was obviously really
beat up, but the engine compartment looked intact and
the engine itself looked in good shape. The 4 slicers
looked decent, too. The best part is is that it's only
5 miles from their house. Should I pursue this? I'm
sure there are some parts on there that are in decent
shape. What do you think I can talk the guy down to?
Was thinkin about starting at $100 just to see if this
guy really knows what he has. Or is even that too
high? New to this game...
