[Shotimes] 141 MPH Speeding Ticket

I don't think that bjshov8 was actually complaining about all of the unfairness but
was, instead, summarizing the various responses. Each of the "unfairnesses" had a
corresponding story from a shotimer demonstrating that it sometimes happens. If life
were fair, then all of the unfortunate persons driving lesser vehicles could drive a
SHO (lucky us!)
