[Shotimes] OT - Atkins

I was overweight for someone my build. I had always been kinda skinny but at 6'1"
and pushing 200 on a narrow frame, I had a beer belly too. Well...

I have dropped 35+ pounds without changing what I eat (although I eat reasonably
sensibly) and without quitting my favorite adult beverages. "How?" you may ask. I
started riding the stationary bicycle and working the weight machines in my condo
weight room for about 75 minutes, 5 days/wk. It has taken about 15 months so far,
but I weighed in at 159 today and my blood pressure (with help from medication that
previously wasn't working much) has dropped from "pretty high" to "not too bad".
Good luck, Paul. I know people that have good success with Atkins too.
