[Shotimes] Transmission/Clutch

Throw out bearing, and "fingers" on the clutch plate.  In other words, time for a new clutch.

And no, we do not have a slave cylinder.  Only cars with a hydraulic clutch have those, we have a cable.  And don't let the mechanic that told you that work on the car...
