[Shotimes] Rod Bearings Spun / Considering Engine Swap

Well I did what you guys said and tore it down to the oil pan. I took off the 
rod bearings and the 2nd from the left and 6th from the left spun. They were 
majorly damaged and I would say both of them melted. They both had big ridges 
on the sides and were destroyed on the ends. All the rest had chips in the 
upper corners. My crank is scored where the second and sixth one is. I'm debating 
fixing it. How much rough estimate would it be if I fixed it by myself. I 
would buy a 3.2 or a 3.0 off someone if it was in good condition. I think I could 
do an engine swap by myself if I had the right directions step by step. 
Anyway, anyone have any advice on the best solution.
