[Shotimes] Smog techs don't have a clue

Well how else would they inspect your car or look
under the hood if you didn't go everytime? oh! :)

I remember when I was on the MR2 list-almost everyone
who was in a state that checked underhood was forced
to suffer through technicians trying to open the front
trunk to look for the motor. The occasional person
would also stick the front wheels on the dyno to smog
test it..ha
