[Shotimes] Oil in Plug wells, now in cylinders... removal?

Hey all... I have (had) oil in the plug wells of my SHO, and while I had my
back turned researching the probelm that causes the oil in the plug wells,
my
"head" mechanic took the plugs out, leaving the oil in the cylindars.... any
ideas on how to remove this? I was gonna take the shop vac to it or stick
some
clear hose down in there so I can see it get removed...
