[Shotimes] headlight questions

A VERY mild polishing compound can help bring them back to 
normal.  There is a company that sells a kit that I have 
tried, it DID work, but some of the dull look did come back 
after a few weeks, still it is a lot better.  A second 
treatment might make it permanent:
