Well now "Quit Claim Deed".....derives it's term from British Common Law....as simply states in affidavit form that the person that files the deed(act) says that he/she has no "real"interest in the "thing" claimed,,,,or has "no claim".....an example would be someone who has been "sharing" real property for their pleasure, but has no "monetary or entitlement" to the value of the property...
