[Shotimes] Cam sensor (CID)

On my 93 mtx, I had it out to change the oil seal behind it, very easy to
change. I ended up using a 5.5mm socket, and two bolts later it was removed,
one electrical connector and it was disconnected. Reverse to replace. 

The crank sensor is a whole 'nother story ;)
