[Shotimes] Cam sensor (CID)

I don't want to scare the guy, but while the job isn't the same as the
crankshaft sensor it isn't trivial either.  Not because the part itself is
hard to change, but because getting to it is a PITA.  Women's hands would
help too... ; )

My recommendation is to pull the intake crossover tube, and move the PS
reservoir and hoses out of the way.  That should give enough room to get
at the part.

AZ is a good source for replacement part.  $25 last time I looked.
