All they do is keep from getting funny noises as the spring rubs against the
metal strut!! Unless his insulators were totally whacked, these are not
"performance parts".
Get the Ford parts that are designed to fit properly. Anyone who says that
there is some kind of performance difference is whistling BS out of his
a-hole.
They are an average of $10 apiece, ferchrissakes!! (maybe $9 for the fronts,
$11 for the rears, or something like that). Not even worth considering
messing with.....considering the PITA it is to change them!

Thanks for the part numbers. Looks like I'm gonna be havingn my dealer order
me up some new ones. I found on the SHOforum that Dave Ladely had used ones
from Energy Suspension from a mustang kit. He reported good results over
what he originally had.
