[Shotimes] (OT) ISDN vs Dial-up

I think your ISDN specs are right, but DSL can vary. Bellsouth for
instance offers various tiers of service. Their newest DSL Extreme
service is (up to) 3 Mbps down, 384 Kbps up which compares well with
cable. A friend of mine just got this and they threw in a static IP too.
