[Shotimes] Surgical Instructions

Thought that the question of what side to measure from was a logical one.
The fuel pump is close to the middle, and the instructions did not indicate
where to base the measurements.

Thankfully, Kris A. was up to the very simple task of saying that the 21",
etc. measurements were based from the passanger side.

My plan was to carefully cut the hole with a dremel. Then take the cut out
piece with me to the salvage yard where I would cut a similar piece out of a
wreck, but an inch to 1 1/2" bigger. After replacing the pump, I would use
a couple of dozen pop rivets and butyl tape sealant to hold the oversized
replacement floor pan piece in place. These rivets are easily drilled out
for future removal.
