[Shotimes] Suspension problem?

Once again, HELP!!!!!

My 90 MTX is making a "woof woof woof" noise which sounds like it's coming
from the right front. The noise is dependent on wheel speed, like from a
slow woofa woofa to a fast woofwoofwoof. I assumed it was a tire ply
separating or a tire out of round or something tire-related. Tie rod ends
(inner and outer) are new, front end alignment is recent.

I just put on some new tires, and the problem didn't go away. When I had a
rear caliper that froze, it was a constant grind. Every bearing I've ever
heard go out was a constant grind as well. When I had warped rotors, there
was a lot of chatter when I braked. Don't have any of those noises now.
Handling doesn't seem to be affected. When I turn left, the car doesn't
make any noise, but when I go straight or turn right, it recurs. Should I
limit my driving to NASCAR tracks or what?

Thanks for any ideas.
