Jack up that corner and run it in place, in gear. See what noises you get. It is
possible for the friction co-efficient between the pad and rotor to be different
enough in different parts of the rotor so that intermittent noises can be made, even
though the rotor is true and the pedal doesn't shudder.
Does the noise continue with the brake applied gently, just to slow the wheel down?
With someone else at the wheel, so they can shut it down immediately, kneel down by
the wheel while it is rotating, at idle, and see if you can localize the noise to a
particular component....caliper, axle CV joint, etc. Turn the wheel all the way to
the right, so you have access to behind it, and see if that helps localize the
noise.
I've heard lots of noises coming from the brakes, but woof woof woof doesn't sound
familiar....I'm not teasing, it just doesn't sound like anything I remember.
Usually I hear squeaks of various frequencies.
