[Shotimes] 93 SHO, No Start, No Click, No nothing. PleaseHelp!!!

Here's a copy of the reply I made earlier this month to another
non-starting sho-man.
As others have said, make sure the starter is getting electricity, if it
is and doesn't turn then it is probably DOA and most likely the
brushes.  I think it is a less than ideal design to have the oil filter
dump its' load onto the solinoid at every oil change. (While ranting
I'll whine about the gas filter too. I spent too much time today  on my
back in the dirt with someone else's idea of what is easily accesible to
a normal sized human hand. I really think that the people who design
these things should be required to go out and work on them before
finalizing the design. Oh well.) Anyway, if it is DOA it isn't too bad a
job to swap out. My rebuild cost $65.00 including a new solinoid.
