[Shotimes] New Car Repair Data

On my Gen 3 there are a couple hindered emission OBDII codes that can be
read by most generic reader.  But there are over 5000 parameters that are
currently Ford and model specific.  I can monitor these now with my AutoTap 
software.
It would be a shame to have Ford sequester these.
