There are no cam bearings in a SHO motor.  The cams ride directly in the
cylinder head.

If you install the 3.0 cams into the 3.2 heads, you will absolutely need to
measure and adjust the valve shim clearances.  You will also have to modify
the front head to get the 3.0 alternator and its mounting hardware to fit on
the 3.2 head.  This is the cheapest route.  There is a nice write-up on

route, but that's just my $.02.

Your alternate choice is to directly swap the 3.0 heads onto the 3.2 block.
This is the easiest method for the 3.2 transplant, but you better have a set
of new head gaskets in your possession before committing to this route.  OEM
3.2 head gaskets can be extremely hard to obtain and quite pricey$$$.  I
went this route out of necessity for my swap.

for these suckers?
