Yeah, as long as you have a Gulfstream V jet, or maybe a C-130 Hercules to haul your
SHOs (and boat) out of there when the hurricanes come every summer.  Forget the
humidity, forget the boating, forget the work, forget the cheaper housing.....I'd
get very tired very quickly of having everything I owned blown away in shreads every
year, or maybe two....

PS...I'll take a 30 year periodic 8.0 earthquake over a category 4 hurricane every
two years in a heartbeat.  I know where to live (in CA) where the earthquakes won't
bother me.
