NOTICE, the hotel should allow that block to expand as long 
as the hotel itself isn't sold out.

I will contact the hotel(s) Tuesday and make sure that rooms 
are available.

We didn't reserve a lot on Saturday, but they should not be 
sold out yet.

Don't give up yet, call them back later Tuesday or 
Wednesday, and remember we have TWO hotels.  The LaQuinta is 
very nice and is on the same piece of property, shares the 
same parking lot and offers free breakfast, plus if you stay 
there, you can use all the stuff at the Marriott, like the 
pool, exercise room etc.
