[Shotimes] parking brake idiot light

All DRL equipped vehicles have functioning DRL's,
correct? ie, no SHO's were manufactured with the
module in place but not hooked up?

I don't have DRL's so I assume I don't have the
module. It's behind the driver's side headlight,
right?
