[Shotimes] Anti-locks

Now that I finally figured out why I couldn't post to the list and fixed
that, I have a brake question.  I have a '93 ATX non-original green color
that the AL warning light comes on at about 15 MPH.  It does not come on
when the weather is above 70 degrees or so, but as soon as the temp dips the
light is always on.  I think it is coming on during a test cycle, but I am
not sure what the ABS is testing and failing.
