[Shotimes] vibration: what is wrong?

I'll have to check this out when I get a chance. I
verified that the driver's side wheel bearing was fine
when I had the brakes off and tried to move it around.
It was in there rock solid. I didn't tear down the
passenger side but I didn't find any excessive play
when I rocked the wheel. 

I'm going to do the easiest thing first and try to
tighten up the tension strut rods. If that doesn't
solve anything, I'd suspect the passenger side wheel
bearing as well (it's exactly the same age as the
driver's side however (~ 2 years, Timken). Other than
that, I don't have much else to go on.

The Alignment is definetly off so it looks like
something loosened up and shifted over time.
