[Shotimes] Oil filter base plate?

The oil filter mounts directly to the oil cooler. Sounds like the main stud
loosened a little bit. If they tightened it and it doesn't leak, I wouldn't
worry about it. The special $20 o-ring which seals the cooler to the block
is very pliable and forgiving. But the bolt is a common bolt also used to
mount the filter, so I see how they could accidentally loosen it.
