Somewhere on the Forum or in the SHOtimes FAQ are directions to put a switch
in for the antenna. The previous owner of my former-now-Dave-Garber's '94
installed one low on the side of the console.

Subject: [Shotimes] genII antenna up/down switch
Is there any way to mount a GenI antenna up/down switch in a GenII? I listen
to my satellite radio all the time, so I never need the antenna, but it
being up all the time annoys the crap out of me. Plus, it doesn't work
(plastic strip is broke), so it always stays up unless I push it down enough
to engage it by hand.... How hard is it to install one (and make it work)?
Has anybody ever done it before? Any tips, as usual, are highly appreciated.
And maybe worth a beer if useful enough ;-)
I still owe you one, George...
