[Shotimes] What Went Wrong

When my CID sensor was dieing, I got the CEL every time. The scenario
went something like this. Drive the car for a 5 mile trip total. During
the first mile, stop at a traffic light. When the light goes green, give
gas, car stumbles, tach decreases accordingly but car never stalls. CEL
pops on during the whole episode. It feels very low on power. After an
eternity, which probably took less than 10 seconds, the engine would
resync and resume and the CEL would shut off. Did this one more time on
that trip.
Pulled the code, got a 214, then went and replaced the CID (camshaft) sensor.
