[Shotimes] OT- now Gen 3 autolock quirk .......was: Autolock and MTX

You are missing the point that the battery was disconnected after the engine
died and the key was in the run position.  I would assume the programming
logic became latched.  My key flob will not work when the car is running on
my '97.  He does not have the keypad code but knew how to lock it with the
keypad.
