[Shotimes] plastic bumpers

Yes, plastic like on bumpers can be welded with hot air and 
special plastic sticks, but you have to get the right type, 
and there are several available.  Same with adhesive, some 
types will work, best to check with a body shop if someone 
here doesn't have the right info, but it can be done.
