When transporting cars across the US.. I found I got the overall best rates 
and serice from D.A.S. Auto Shippers.  http://www.dasautoshippers.com  Best 
price (cost me 570 bucks to ship a SUV from NYC to Davenport, IA 1000 miles)  
whereas everone else want almost a grand.  Super polite people, the ability to 
track your vehicle via their website, they arrived when they said they would, 
not one single complaint about these folks....
