[Shotimes] semi (OT) Schuco toy

While clearing out her antique store, my mother found and gave me a toy car.
It's a Schuco model 1050 grand prix racer.  Apparently they're quite the
collector items.  This one is marked as made in "U.S.-Zone Germany".

Here's the thing that amazed me:  The rear end includes a real, working,
open differential.  You can see a photo of a similar car, showing the

I suppose if they still made these toys, they'd come with LSDs.    : )
