The picture of the rear drive setup, #1, reminded me of my old Corvair sand 
rail.  #2, made me think of how folks used to take a GM small block, flop the 
rotation (reverse grind cams, etc, like some boat motors) and mount 'em in the 
back seat of a Corvair.  After turning the Corvair transaxle around so it 
pointed forward to connect to the engine, you had to run the mill backwards.  A 
mid engine SHO off roader would be mighty slick, but sumthin tells me it isn't 
built for reverse rotation and I'm sure nobody grinds cams for it ;-)
