Rock auto has pretty fast service.  I got the cheapest one with part no.
LX228; it also had E9SE-12A112AA stamped on it.  The part no. crosses to a
Windstar as I recall; but it slides right in and has been working for ~6
months now.  $30; much more elsewhere.
