[Shotimes] PIAA 1500XT driving lights--question

I can confirm the below text as well. The tough part is make holes though the 5mm steel bracket! On a sidenote, I havn't turned them on after I got these guys: http://hanker.tripod.com/headlight-level3-project.htm  (sorry about the popups...)
