[Shotimes] Cop Car Article

I just became aware of an article entitled "Cop Car
Showdown".  It involves a test of 1992 Ford Chevy and
Mopar Police Cars.  The article is for sale on eBay
but I prefer whole magazines for my collection.  My
question, does anyone know which issue and magazine
this article is in?  TIA
