North Carolina gotcha Was: Re: [Shotimes] LLBs in IL and FL

I must say that Ohio is the worst state for LLBs. 
However, this discussion reminded me of a N.C. law
that the cops are having fun with.  On a multi-lane
highway, if a cop has someone pulled over and the cop
car is not more than x feet (10 ft. I think) from the
road, you must vacate the right lane.  Last summer,
they would go out in groups and pull over people left
and right.  In fact, the whole scam depends on one cop
having somebody pulled over.
