North Carolina gotcha Was: Re: [Shotimes] LLBs in IL and FL

That's the law in MO, WI and IL as well as many other states. The law at least 
in those 3 states reads that you have to move over or if you can't, slow down.

I make it a practice of vacating the lane immediately adjacent to any vehicle 
on either shoulder. I would hate to hit someone.

I see nothing wrong with the law.
