[Shotimes] parking cable

Okay, havent really felt like lying on the wet/cold ground to check.. but on 
my 93atx.. noticed on the drivers side between the front and back door the 
parking cable is hanging down a little.. Is it held on by a simple clip that 
I am now missing?? I guess I can zip tie it up somewhere, but will that 
screw up the operation of it?? thanks..

Weak question yes.. but I have nowwhere to work!
